Chat with Mynewsdesk’s Client Services Team!

Got stuck after writing a header? Forgot how to upload an image? Don’t panic. The new chat function on Mynewsdesk’s website gives you access to live support, wherever in the world you are.

Whether by email, Twitter, Facebook, or telephone, Mynewsdesk’s client support team can be contacted easily and quickly. To add even more efficiency, you can now also chat with client services between 9am and 5pm CET, Mondays to Fridays.

And it seems that the new chat function is quite popular: since the launch of this service, we’ve been busy chatting with clients located anywhere from Sweden to Singapore.

The chat function can be prompted by clicking the tab located in the lower right-hand corner when logged in to Mynewsdesk or when visiting our Contact page. The chat window pops up and all you have to do is type in your question. Don’t forget to write what company you are working for.

The popularity of the chat function might mean that the client services team will have to pause the function briefly, just long enough to attend to the high number of queries at that particular moment. But don’t worry, any issues will be dealt with swiftly and the function will up and running again.
